He is recognized as a young leader in venture capital, economic diplomacy, and intelligence. As one of Israel’s first economic diplomacy officials in the U.S., Michael played a key role in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, negotiating bilateral agreements, facilitating private capital investments in Israeli companies, and securing over $500M to modernize Cabo Verde’s energy sector for Israel’s largest energy company, strengthening ties in Africa. He also facilitated first-line vaccine access and led efforts to expand U.S. and Eastern European trade corridors for Israel’s largest publicly traded shipping company. Michael holds a Master’s in Government from Harvard University.

Jai is a corporate leader and the Former CEO of Emergys, an industry leading cloud, business intelligence and transformation company. Over the span of 27 years, Jai transformed Emergys from a small IT startup to a global firm with over 1,000 employees. His leadership led the company to make its own acquisitions, and achieve an explosive 211% CAGR over 15 years. This transformation led to the acquisition of Emergys by Future Tech Holdings. He holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC).

Arpit is an Investment Banker formerly at Drake Star Partners, a firm with $22B in deal flow, advising on M&A and private placements in AI, Fintech, and Media/Entertainment. Previously, he worked at Beekman Advisors, advising on $3B+ in Real Estate and FIG M&A transactions. He began his career as an Asset Manager at JPMorgan, overseeing $1B+ in technology investments. He holds a Master’s in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
